"Family Business" Questionnaire Interview

Filming potential target audience members was very useful as this was done before we made our thriller. Therefore we were able to use the feedback from the different questions and get a clearer idea of what potential target audience members wanted and what they will expect of a thriller.

We learned from the questions that a lot of the audience are more intrigued if the thriller is a true story, therefore we will try to put this into our thriller and make it as realistic as possible as Mafia's are real and exist in the world therefore we need to be able to portray this as much as possible.

Additionally, the answers also taught us that a lot of our audience like crime thrillers. Obviously a mafia is a crime thriller, however we will aim to emphasise the crime by adding detectives that will appear later on in the movie. Also, we will show a clear gun shot that results in the death of a victim in our opening sequence. This means that by having crime (death) in the opening sequence the audience will be on edge for the rest of the film as suspense is instantly created.
